Since the age of the elementary school days Fluent started playing all types of different musical instruments and found his true love for music at this time. As Fluent got older and entered High School, he got pulled into hip hop freestyle battles and participated willingly. Being the wide vocabed individual that Fluent is this was not a problem at all for him. At age 18 he wrote an e mail to 4 Eva Blesst, the owner and producer of Vigilant, a small independent record label. He was now realizing it was time to make a serious decision about getting into the game of hip hop. Blesst didn't know what to expect but when he first heard Fluent he was like, "damn this cat has some major potential". This led to more than just business but a friendship as well. And so the saga continues as Fluent continues to write more lyrics after dropping two albums. The first being "Underground Famous" and the second one being "The Will To Power E.P.".
